Collection and Use by Third Parties
Splendid Games publishes advertising on our services. Ad Networks may collect performance data, aggregated or de-identified user information, technical identifiers (IP addresses, MAC address, IMEI, device IDs), geo-location data, and other contextual data about your use.
This information is used to measure ad effectiveness and offer targeted advertising personalized to your interests (behavioral advertising), and to conduct web analytics.
You may opt out of tailored advertising by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative Consumer Opt-Out Page or the Digital Advertising Alliance Opt-Out Page (US), or your Online Choices page (EU). You can also adjust ad tracking settings directly on your device.
On iOS 6.0 or higher, go to Settings → Privacy → Advertising and enable "Limit Ad Tracking." Our system is designed to respect this choice.
Go to Settings → Accounts → Google → Ads and select "Opt out of interest-based ads."
We allow analytics providers to collect device identifiers, locale, geo-location, IP addresses, device type, operating system, links clicked, interaction time, and in-service events. This data helps us improve and enhance the services and tailor features to user preferences.
Our websites include social media features such as Facebook Like buttons. These features may collect your IP address and the page you are visiting. Your interactions with social features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing them.
Applications may also enable game center features integrated with third-party social networks (e.g. Facebook Connect, Apple Game Center, Google Play Games). Your use of these features is subject to their applicable terms and privacy policies.
Splendid Games may allow Partners to place industry-standard tracking technologies such as cookies, APIs, and SDKs. Partners' cookies typically store only non-personal information like pages visited and browsing duration. You can erase, block, or receive warnings about partner cookies through your browser settings — though doing so may limit some service functionality.
In-App Purchases
Although some of our applications are free, they may include in-app purchase options. All app purchases are made through our partners' stores — you are responsible for maintaining the security of your store password.
Some stores may display a brief window after downloading an application during which purchases can be made without a password. You can enable or disable this in your device settings. Note that Android OS 2.1 or older versions may not require a password for in-app purchases.
To prevent accidental or unwanted purchases, you can create a specific PIN or password at Apple, Google Play, Windows Phone, and Amazon. Purchases of store credits or currencies may also be subject to their own policies.
Purchase of Merchandise
Some services may contain links redirecting users to third-party websites where merchandise may be purchased. The vendors are solely responsible for the merchandise and operations. Splendid Games will not collect, use, or have access to personal information collected by vendors in connection with those purchases.
When buying merchandise, you are subject to the applicable vendor's terms. Please read those terms in full before completing any purchase. If you do not agree to a vendor's terms, do not acquire their merchandise.
Local Notifications
With your consent, we may send local notifications to inform you about our products and services, communicate application updates, and re-engage you with the application. Local notifications are local, contextual, and sent in-app only — not from a server.
By tapping "Allow" you accept local notifications, but you may disable them at any time through the "Options" or "Settings" page within the application.
Security of Your Information
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information both online and offline, and will take reasonable steps to ensure your data is treated securely in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Although we make good faith efforts to store information in a secure operating environment that is not publicly accessible, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data during transmission or storage on our systems. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
Splendid Games will not be liable for harm or damage suffered due to any loss, misuse, or alteration of your information by third parties. We do not warrant that your information will be protected against such incidents.
Data Retention
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information, contact us at support@snkitsolutions.com.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy
Splendid Games reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time by posting the amended terms on the services. You will be deemed to have accepted such changes by continuing to use the services.
If at any point you do not agree to any portion of the then-current Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use, or any other Splendid Games policy, your license to use the services shall immediately terminate, and you must stop using the services.
